渣浆泵密封形式优缺点选择，选择合适的轴封形式是定制渣浆泵过程中一个重要环节。

渣浆泵泵内流体和泵外大气压间存在着压差，流体沿着轴和壳体间的间隙向外泄漏，为此需设密封装置，称其为渣浆泵轴封。一般轴传动泵都需要轴封装置。

在传统的轴封中一般以填料密封为主。

4、但随着对环境保护意识的提升，此类轴封形式应用越来越多。

渣浆泵机械密封

3. During operation, lubricating grease is added to ensure the lubrication status;

3、 Mechanical seal of slurry pump

1. Mechanical seal has been gradually applied to the shaft seal of slurry pump in recent years;

2. The cost is high, and its main advantage is zero leakage, which is more suitable for strong acid and strong alkali media, or processes with high environmental requirements;

3. The requirements for use are high, and the cost and difficulty of maintenance and repair are also high.
