    机械密封是潜水泵渗漏的主要缘由,但是机械密封自身是一种请求较高的精细部件,对设计、机械加工、装配质量都有很高的请求。在运用机械密封时,应剖析运用机械密封的各种要素,使机械密封适用于各种泵的技术请求和运用介质请求且有充沛的光滑条件,这样才干保证密封长期牢靠地运转。
      机械密封亦称端面密封,其有一对垂直于旋转轴线的端面,该端面在流体压力及补偿机械外弹力的作用下,依赖辅助密封的配合与另一端坚持贴合,并相对滑动,从而避免流体走漏。
      机械密封渗漏的比例占全部维修泵的50%以上,机械密封的运转好坏直接影响到水泵的正常运转,普通为周期性渗漏:
      (1)泵转子轴向窜动量大,辅助密封与轴的过盈量大,动环不能在轴上灵敏挪动。在泵翻转,动、静环磨损后,得不到补偿位移。
      对策:潜水泵在装配机械密封时,轴的轴向窜动量应小于0.1mm,辅助密封与轴的过盈量应适中,在保证径向密封的同时,动环装配后保证能在轴上灵敏挪动(把动环压向弹簧能自在地弹回来)。
      (2)密封面光滑油量缺乏惹起干摩擦或拉毛密封端面。
      对策:油室腔内光滑油面高度应加到高于动、静环密封面。
      (3)转子周期性振动。缘由是定子与上、下端盖未对中或叶轮和主轴不均衡,汽蚀或轴承损坏(磨损),这种状况会缩短密封寿命和产生渗漏。
      对策:可依据维修规范来纠正上述问题。

    Mechanical seal is the main cause of leakage of submersible pump, but mechanical seal itself is a kind of precision component with high requirements, which has high requirements for design, machining and assembly quality. When using the mechanical seal, various factors of using the mechanical seal shall be analyzed to make the mechanical seal applicable to the technical requirements and service medium requirements of various pumps and have sufficient lubrication conditions, so as to ensure the long-term and reliable operation of the seal.
    The mechanical seal, also known as the end face seal, has a pair of end faces perpendicular to the rotation axis. Under the action of fluid pressure and compensating the external elasticity of the machinery, the end faces rely on the cooperation of the auxiliary seal to keep fit with the other end and slide relatively, so as to prevent fluid leakage.
    The leakage of mechanical seal accounts for more than 50% of all maintenance pumps. The operation of mechanical seal directly affects the normal operation of water pump. Generally, it is periodic leakage:
    (1) The axial displacement of the pump rotor is large, the interference between the auxiliary seal and the shaft is large, and the moving ring cannot move flexibly on the shaft. After the pump is overturned and the dynamic and static rings are worn, the displacement cannot be compensated.
    Countermeasures: when assembling the mechanical seal of the submersible pump, the axial displacement of the shaft should be less than 0.1mm, and the interference between the auxiliary seal and the shaft should be moderate. While ensuring the radial seal, the movable ring can move flexibly on the shaft after assembly (press the movable ring against the spring and spring back freely).
    (2) Insufficient lubricating oil on the sealing surface causes dry friction or roughening of the sealing face.
    Countermeasures: the lubricating oil level in the oil chamber shall be higher than the sealing surface of the moving and static rings.
    (3) The rotor vibrates periodically. The reason is that the stator is not aligned with the upper and lower covers, or the impeller and main shaft are unbalanced, cavitation or bearing damage (wear), which will shorten the seal life and produce leakage.
    Countermeasures: the above problems can be corrected according to the maintenance standards.
