ZJL立式渣浆泵与SP液下渣浆泵的类似之处
1、都归于立式渣浆泵，也都同归于液下渣浆泵，两种泵工作时泵轴与程度线都成笔直角度，且局部需求浸入坑池中液面以下；
2、两者用处几乎共同，普通来说选择只是习气问题，普通洗煤选择ZJL渣浆泵更多，而金属矿选用SP液下渣浆泵更多；
3、两者从构造上来说都归于单壳泵，工作时支撑板以上局部均在液面以上，电机不能浸入水中（这也是立式液下渣浆泵与潜水渣浆泵的最显着差别）。
 
ZJL立式渣浆泵与SP液下渣浆泵的不同之处
1、首要两者的护套（泵壳、蜗壳）是显着不一样的，ZJL立式渣浆泵泵壳有4个上螺栓的当地，而SP系列渣浆泵泵壳处有三个，这是从外观上来看两泵最显着的差别；
2、其次普通来说ZJL立式渣浆泵的叶轮都是封锁式叶轮，而SP液下渣浆泵的叶轮是开式叶轮；

Similarities between ZJL vertical slurry pump and SP submerged slurry pump
1. Both belong to the vertical slurry pump and the submerged slurry pump. When the two pumps work, the pump shaft is at right angles to the horizontal line, and some of them need to be immersed below the liquid level in the pit;
2. The two uses are almost the same. Generally speaking, selection is just a habit problem. Generally, ZJL slurry pump is more used for coal washing, while SP submerged slurry pump is more used for metal ore;
3. Both belong to the single shell pump structurally. When working, the part above the support plate is above the liquid level, and the motor cannot be immersed in water (this is also the most significant difference between the vertical submerged slurry pump and the submersible slurry pump).
Differences between ZJL vertical slurry pump and SP submerged slurry pump
1. First of all, the two sheaths (pump casing and volute) are significantly different. There are four bolts on the pump casing of ZJL vertical slurry pump, while there are three at the pump casing of SP series slurry pump, which is the most significant difference between the two pumps in terms of appearance;
2. Secondly, generally speaking, the impellers of ZJL vertical slurry pump are closed impellers, while the impellers of SP submerged slurry pump are open impellers;
3. The SP slurry pump has a wide range of applicable materials, as long as the SP slurry pump is made of metal and the JL slurry pump is divided into two parts;
4. ZJL vertical slurry pump is a model independently developed in China, and SP submerged slurry pump is an imported model;
