    脱硫泵的制造材质


    泵头部分(包括前后泵壳、蜗壳、前后护板、叶轮等)结 构不同外,其他部分结构相似,采用同一系列的传动部分,下面按泵头部分,轴封部分及传动部分,分别叙说其结构特性。

    泵头部分

    泵为双泵壳结构,即前泵壳、后泵壳和带有可改换的过流部分(包括叶轮、蜗壳、前护板、后护板)。前后泵壳根据工作压力,采 用灰铸铁或球墨铸铁制造,垂直中开,用螺栓衔接,后泵壳有止口与托架用螺栓衔接,泵的吐出口可按八个角度旋转安装,叶轮前后盖板带有 背叶片以减少透露,进步泵的寿命及效率。各型泵进口均为水平方向,从传动方向看泵为顺时旋转。

    轴封部分

    轴封有三种方式, 副叶轮轴封及填料轴封,机械密封。

    (1)副叶轮轴封:在泵进口正压力值不大于泵出口压力值的10%时的单级泵或多级串联第三级泵, 可以采用副叶轮轴封,副叶轮轴封具有不稀释矿浆,密封效果好等优点。

    (2)填料轴封:填料轴封结构简单,维修便当,需运用轴封水 ,关于不适于用副叶轮轴封的工况及泵吸上运用工况可采用填料轴封。

    (3)机械密封:关于不适于以上两种轴封的工况下,采用机械密 封,减少轴封部分的维修次数。

    传动部分

    本系列泵均采用同一系列的传动,包括托架和轴承组件,泵轴直径大,刚性好,悬臂 短,在恶劣的工况下不会弯曲和振动。轴承选用单列圆锥滚子轴承和角接触球轴承组合运用,能够承受泵的大轴向及径向载荷,轴承采用锂 基润滑脂润滑,这种润滑的优点在于:油膜强度高;油脂粘附性好,不易流失,运用时间较长;密封简单,轴承体两端装有密封端盖,能有效防止矿浆等污物进入轴承。


    Manufacturing material of desulfurization pump


    The structure of the pump head (including the front and rear pump casings, volutes, front and rear guard plates, impellers, etc.) is different, but the structure of other parts is similar. The same series of transmission parts are used. The following is the structure characteristics of the pump head, shaft seal and transmission parts.

    Pump head part

    The pump is a double pump casing structure, i.e. the front pump casing, the rear pump casing and the flow passage part (including impeller, volute, front guard board and rear guard board) which can be changed. The front and rear pump casings are made of gray cast iron or nodular cast iron according to the working pressure. They are vertically split and connected by bolts. The rear pump casing has a stop and bracket connected by bolts. The discharge outlet of the pump can be rotated and installed according to eight angles. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are provided with back blades to reduce disclosure and improve the service life and efficiency of the pump. The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates in a clockwise direction according to the driving direction.

    Shaft seal part

    There are three ways of shaft seal, auxiliary impeller shaft seal and packing shaft seal, mechanical seal.

    (1) Auxiliary impeller shaft seal: when the positive pressure at the pump inlet is not more than 10% of the pressure at the pump outlet, single-stage pump or multi-stage series third stage pump can adopt the auxiliary impeller shaft seal. The auxiliary impeller shaft seal has the advantages of non dilution slurry and good sealing effect.

    (2) Packing shaft seal: the packing shaft seal is simple in structure and easy to maintain. The shaft seal water needs to be used. The packing shaft seal can be used for the working conditions that are not suitable for the use of the auxiliary impeller shaft seal and the pump suction.

    (3) Mechanical seal: mechanical seal is used to reduce the maintenance times of the shaft seal under the condition that it is not suitable for the above two shaft seals.

    Transmission part

    This series of pumps adopt the same series of transmission, including bracket and bearing components. The diameter of pump shaft is large, the rigidity is good, the cantilever is short, and it will not bend and vibrate under severe working conditions. The single row tapered roller bearing and angular contact ball bearing are used in combination to bear the maximum axial and radial load of the pump. The bearing is lithium Base grease lubrication, the advantages of this lubrication are: high oil film strength; good grease adhesion, not easy to lose, long use time; simple sealing, bearing body with sealed end caps at both ends, can effectively prevent pulp and other dirt from entering the bearing.
