    首先,设计方面:

    应用固液混合物动力学原理和流变特性等领域中的新成果,进行泵的过流部件水力设计和结构设计,以便符合:

    固液混合物在泵流道内的运动规律,减少涡流和局部损失,减轻磨损。

    其次,材料的选择和表面涂层:

    根据固液混合物特性和现场使用条件,合理选择泵用耐磨材料,应用价值工程分析,避免功能过剩;过流部件采用抗磨材料制造;采用涂镀技术,增加保护层,提高抗磨能力。
